In 2008 Ricoh welcomed IKON into the Ricoh Family Group of companies. Since then we have continued to operate as separate businesses, working together with our clients to ensure the optimum document solutions are in place.

Going forward IKON will be fully integrated into the Ricoh Family Group and operate under the name of Ricoh UK. The integration process has now taken place and all the business and assets have been transferred to our sister company, Ricoh UK Limited.

Essentially, there will be no change in the level of service you receive. Each organisation is a leader in its field and the quality of delivery to you will continue to reflect this.
