I started my Service career over 20 years ago with IKON and since joining have been continually promoted through the organisation.
I started my career in Service and between 1996 and 2001 I held the position of National Service Director, Business Services, before being promoted to National Director Customer Services in 2001.
This Has been an exceptionally challenging role leading the transition and integration of the Service team from seven separate service operations and four different companies into one entity; IKON.
I have no doubt that IKON nurtures and rewards talent. My own transition from Service Management to National Director demonstrates the opportunities that are available for all employees.
