IKON Office Solutions UK, a leading provider of document technology and services, today announced that its client, law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), has won an eCopy Best Practice award for its pioneering single sign-on MFD solution.
The internationally recognised accolade was presented at the third annual eCopy Best Practices awards in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. At the awards conference RPC’s IT Director Julie Berry briefed industry experts on the single sign-on system that gives users instant authentication to multiple desktop applications including eCopy, Copitrak and Outlook.
As the first organisation worldwide to use synchronised login on MFDs, RPC has achieved its objectives of saving lawyer time and fast-tracking collection of information for billing purposes. After receiving the award, RPC’s Julie Berry, said: "The team at RPC really pulled together with IKON to improve working life for our people. It's great to get recognition in our industry as well as within the firm."
IKON is now working with the London-based law firm on ways to streamline its business processes further.
