IKON has been working in partnership with Boots UK for over 18 years, providing a diverse range of document and print services to its Nottingham Support Office and circa 2,000 retail outlet sites across the UK.
IKON was shortlisted as one of top five partners as part of Boots UK's industry leading Contract Management Service Delivery (CMSD) programme. This CMSD Methodology allows performance of all outsourced contracts to be measured consistently against 13 key criteria, irrespective of the nature of service the outsourcing partner provides.
