The remote monitoring function continuously shows the machine status on all user desktops. For easy operation, the printer is bundled with RPCS printer drivers, which is unique for their one click printing interface. Customer specific settings can be saved under a dedicated icon. When you print invoices, simply click the icon and the SP4100NL will automatically select the proper paper tray and settings for the exact output you need.
Superior Media Handling: The SP4100NL can print on a wide range of media. The standard and optional trays handle various sizes, up to A4 with weights up to 130g/m2. With the bypass tray, you can print on media up to 162g/m2. Due to an intelligent paper path, all printing is fast and dependable. A dedicated envelope mode enables envelope printing. Automatic double-sided printing is available as an option.
Environmentally friendly: The SP4100NL is environmentally friendly due to its clean and quiet operation. This contributes to a safe and comfortable work environment, whilst low power consumption and toxic free materials ensure a safe environment.
