The remote monitoring function continuously shows the machine status on all user desktops. For easy operation, the printer is bundled with the RPCS printer driver, which is unique for its one click printing interface. Customer specific settings can be saved under a dedicated icon. When you print invoices, simply click the icon and the SP5100N will automatically select the proper paper tray and settings for the exact output you need.
Superior Media Handling: The SP5100N can print on a wide range of media. The standard and optional trays handle various sizes up to A4 with paper weights up to 105g/m2. With the bypass tray, you can print on media up to 163g/m2. Due to an intelligent paper pass, all printing is fast and dependable. A dedicated envelope mode enables envelope printing. Automatic double-sided printing is available as an option. The SP5100N also provides an excellent and sharp text quality with 1,200 x 1,200 dpi.
