Guaranteed Performance Levels
Performance and Reliability

We will make sure that the quality of service which you receive will meet the approved standard of the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the equipment which we supply to you, we will replace it free of charge with an identical model or one with similar features or capabilities.


Servicing and Supplies Response times

When your request to service a machine that has broken down is recorded at our service centre during Business Hours, we will respond within guaranteed times of 4 or 8 hours, depending on the type of equipment. These response times form part of the terms of our service agreement and we contractually commit to customers to achieve these times.


Supplies

When your request for delivery of Supplies is recorded at our supply centre during Business Hours, we will respond within 3 working days.

Business Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Working days. Working days are Monday to Friday but not public holidays.


Compensation

If we do not meet agreed response times we will compensate you, as per the terms of our service agreement, providing you have carried out your duties and the circumstances that caused the failure were not outside our control.


Training

We may provide training for relevant people at the installation address on how to use the equipment properly. This may be chargeable depending on the type of equipment.
