Who are the FLA?
The Finance & Leasing Association is the major UK industry body for the asset finance, consumer finance and motor finance sectors. As a full member of the FLA, RICOH Capital sits amongst prestigious company such as Citibank International plc, First National Bank Plc, HSBC Equipment Finance (UK) Ltd, IBM United Kingdom Leasing Ltd and the Woolwich plc.
The FLA are the principal voice/source of industry information and self-regulator of the asset finance and consumer credit industries. Within the UK in excess of 28% of all fixed capital investment is regulated by the FLA.

Going beyond the requirements of Credit Act (Agreements) Regulations and the Consumer Credit Act, the FLA guidelines offers RICOH Capital customers complete peace of mind. Special consideration is also made for the sale of reprographic equipment and cost per use contracts, providing an extremely inclusive and apt framework for IKON to operate within. In addition, you have the right to use the FLA complaints and arbitration scheme should you ever need to.
