Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Representatives will respond during normal weekday business hours 9am - 5.30pm. Requests submitted via the web, will only be subject to contractual obligations once logged onto our database and will start to be timed from when you are sent email confirmation from Ricoh.
